純米酒 岡部丸

JUNMAISHU OKABEMARU

岡部丸の「丸」は蔵元が保健所から貰い受け、17年間生活を共にした愛犬の名前に由来。「丸ちゃん」のように人に愛され、人の心を癒す、そんなお酒となることを願って命名されました。原料米には当蔵と地元の酒米生産者で組織する「朝比奈酒米研究会」が育て上げた山田錦を全量使用。岡部町の美しい自然に想いを馳せながらご賞味いただけたら幸いです。

The maru in Okabemaru is the name of our beloved brewery dog that we received from a public health center and lived with for 17 years. We wanted to brew sake that is loved by people and heals hearts and minds just like Maru-chan. It is made exclusively with Yamada Nishiki grown by the Asahina Sake Rice Research Association, which is formed between the brewery and local sake rice producers. We hope this sake enables you to vicariously experience the beauty we have been blessed with.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this product is donated to ARK (Animal Refuge Kansai), a certified NPO that works to protect animals.
